Ecology shares a root with economy, and in the case of videogames, these concepts seem inherently linked.

For Now Play This 2021 we are hosting a game and writing jam with curator, writer and researcher Emilie Reed. The jam is officially from 25-28th March, but we have posted all the information so you can have a look and get a feel for what you might do.

We encourage you to use this forum to discuss the jam, share ideas, find collaborators and generally have a place to chat. As well as this, there are two moments during NPT2021 in which you are invited to gather for the jam.
A mid-jam meetup which will be help in a festival space specially designed by artist and illustrator Tiz Creel, and a post-jam presentation moment, which will be streamed as part of the festival. More information on both of these will be posted here and on the Now Play This festival website.
